The North Area represents the excavations of superimposed buildings B.1 and B.5 between 1995 – 98 . B.1 was targeted for excavation from the 1993 – 4 Scrape Area and stopped at the latest phase of B.5 that was placed on display in 1999 under a bespoke protective shelter. It was incorporated under the north shelter project in 2007 and is currently on display in 2012.
