On the east facing elevation the plaster ranges from 1.5cm to 5cm thick. The 5cm bit may represent some form of decorative moulding.
On the west facing elevation no plaster survives.
Brick size - 0.30m x 0.09m x 0.55-65 m (long).
The heavy clay mortar is 0.05-0.07m thick.
The bricks are very crumbly - heavily burnt. |
