Virtual Archaeology in the DiVE

The Duke immersive Virtual Environment (DiVE) is a six-sided, fully integrated virtual environment that researchers can use to explore and interpret data. In this video, Regis Kopper, director of the DiVE, explores a project in collaboration with Maurizio Forte, professor of art, art history and visual studies, to catalogue and display the Catalhoyuk archaeological dig site in Turkey over a number of years to give researchers a better perspective of the entire site's revelations.
